What Format Are Your Documents?
Most of the documents in our packages are in Rich Text Format. This format has an extension .rtf. The Rich text format is a universal format and will work on virtually any wordprocessing program. A few of our packages also have documents in Word format, but they will always be in Rich Text Format.
What Software Do I Need to Use Your Documents?
Because our documents are in universal RTF format, you will be able to open them invirtually any wordprocessing program.
How Are Your Products Delivered?
Products are delivered in a self extracting zip file format. The self extracting format will install all the documents into one directory that you designate on your computer. Some MAC systems will not run self executing files. Many of our products have alternative MAC format which is a simple ZIP file without the self-extracting function. If you use a MAC and have any problems with the self-extracting format, just contact us and we can provide you with a zip file version of the file. We find that the self extracting format is easier for most users as it does not require any external software to extract the file. MACs have built-in software the permits MAC users to easily deal with ZIP file.
Do You Ship Product?
No. All of our documents are immediately delivered to you at the time of purchase. Our automated system will open up a download link where you will download a single file which will install all of the documents in the package into one directory that you select on your computer.
How Do I Contact Your Company?
Your Email confirmation and the download page for your product will contain contact information for our company.
Can I Resell Your Documents?
Our documents are all originally created by our company and our company is the copyright owner. You may use the documents that you purchase for your own purposes and to document a business transaction in which you are a party. You may not sell or transfer our documents to another party.
Can I Give Your Documents To Someone Else To Use?
You may only use the documents for your own purposes. You may not convey them to any other person other than in the context of a business transaction to whichyou are a party.
